The Hiemac bi-lateral carousel is a garment storage and retrieval conveyor which can transfer garments from one area to another, or into the ceiling area saving very valuable floor space. The carousel can be controlled by a press button control module, your existing computer system and bar-code reader or a simple hand switch. |

Your shop computer can work in conjunction with the standard Hiemac carousel controller so as to start the carousel the instant the customers details are entered into the shop computer. The carousel brings the customer’s garment to the counter within seconds and stops exactly on the required slot. | |
The carousel is controlled by your service counter computer for counter pickups. The 24-7 Electronic Valet (seen in the background) is used for after hours drop off and pick up. |

By the time the payment details are finalised the attendant simply takes the garments from the carousel as it stops and hands them over to the customer. There is no leaving the customer and running down to the back of the shop to find the garments but there now is time available to build on good customer relations. | |

We can take your garments higher into the ceiling area than any other carousel, our fully sealed, direct drive gear motor is located down inside the carousel framework (see sketch), giving less than 250mm from ceiling to hanger. The carousel track is of extruded aluminium and the chain inside is heavy duty with precision ball-bearing nylon wheels. The system is very good looking, and will enhance any dry cleaning shop. The Hiemac Carousels are easy to install, very durable and are maintenance free. We have been making apparel conveyors for over 22 years, we have many carousels in service and many happy customers. |
