The Hiemac automatic and manual carousel is ideal for moving, storing and cataloging any sort of garments.
Hiemac storage and distribution carousels can be controlled manually, by keypad or computer-controlled. The carousels chain system runs inside a fully enclosed aluminium track. The sprocket and drive mechanism is also fully enclosed giving a safe, quiet and clean running carousel.  The Hiemac auto-dispatch and distribution system is capable of dispatching to hundreds of individual dispatch stations. Computer-controlled and expertly built, the system is reliable, durable, and can dispatch 35,000 garments per hour. The conveyor chain has sealed-for-life ball bearing wheels running inside a precision aluminium track for quietness, low cost and low maintenance. |

The Hiemac auto-dispatch system operates via electro pneumatic gates which can direct trolleys down either side of the chain conveyor. The trolleys are identified by their bar code which is read automatically while they are moving along the conveyor requiring no operator input. The system is protected by individual line full switches on each dispatch rail with an overrun system returning the trolleys back to the loading station. | |

Carousel sortation conveyor, garment destination is determined at the loading point. The operator places the garment on the appropriate numbered hook as it passes and the garment is removed by the pick-off probe at the sortation rail. |
